- First come, first serve with a waitlist at 32 teams.
- Wild Cards
- All National Ranking Tournaments (NRT) and PTI level Tournaments are subject to wild card spots, with a wild card available for every 16 teams allowed in a draw. A wild card team must be registered for the tournament by the registration deadline and must be approved by the National Tournament Committee. Wild card requests may come from tournament directors, the APTA, or players themselves, and should be requested prior to the close of registration. If no wild card spots are used, the draw will be filled out by the next eligible team/s.

- Entry fee includes a favor, food, beer and non-alcoholic drinks all weekend. Players lunch on Saturday, Players party Saturday at 6:30 p.m., dinner at 7 p.m. Details will be sent to participants at a later date.

- Top - Select a size when registering.
- Format
- Main Draw matches will be 2 out of 3 sets with regular scoring. All Back Draw matches will be played with a 10-point match tie breaker in lieu of the third set.
- APTA Membership
- All players must be APTA members, and membership must be purchased before entry.
