- Entry Qualifications
- The combined age of both players must equal 95 or higher AND the combined PTI of both players must equal 15 or higher.
- Entry Selection
- First come, first serve with a waitlist at 16 teams. Draw size may increase based on court availability.
- Format
- All main draw matches will be played with a 10-point match tie breaker in lieu of the third set through the quarters, then full 3 sets for the semis & finals. All back draw matches will be played with a 10-point match tie breaker in lieu of the third set.
