- To be eligible, the combined age of both players must be 90 or higher.
- Entry Selection
- First come, first serve with a waitlist at 8 teams.

Entry fee includes a favor and lunch at Shadow Lake.
There is a $15 multi-tournament discount for a player who is also playing in either the Women's NRT or Women's PTI. The discount is taken when a player registers.
- Format
- Main Draw matches will be 2 out of 3 sets with regular scoring. Back Draw matches will be played with a 10-point match tie breaker in lieu of the third set.
- APTA Membership
- All players must be APTA members, and membership must be purchased before entry.
- Rules
- Official APTA rules will govern play.
