Great day of paddle at Martins Dam over the weekend. The MAPTA Men’s PTI 40+ was as exciting as they come with 10 of 16 teams with a 90-100 combined rating - so the battles were epic. Kyle Southerling and Joe Ellman took home the title, eliminating the #1 seeds in the semifinal and winning 7-5, 6-3 over Bill Sommers and Jack Owens in the final. Great representation from many local clubs especially from Huntington Valley, Martins Dam, and Overbrook.
Big thanks to Emma Allen, Chase Ferguson, and The Martin’s Dam team for hosting an incredible event. Finally big thanks to Xenon Paddle for sponsoring the championship.
