Entry Qualifications
Entry based on combined individual NRT points as of the Monday prior to the tournament.
Entry Selection
The initial draw size for the Women's Tour is 24 teams, with the draw increasing over 24 teams in groups of 4 based on court availability. Finals of the Women's Tour will be played Saturday morning at Huntington Country Club. All teams will be placed on a waitlist, then moved into the draw based on combined individual NRT points. All teams will be notified of entry status on Monday, December 1st. Seeding for the Tour draw will be by NRT points.
Wild Cards
All National Ranking Tournaments (NRT) and PTI level Tournaments are subject to wild card spots, with a wild card available for every 16 teams allowed in a draw. A wild card team must be registered for the tournament by the registration deadline and must be approved by the National Tournament Committee. Wild card requests may come from tournament directors, the APTA, or players themselves, and should be requested prior to the close of registration. If no wild card spots are used, the draw will be filled out by the next eligible team/s.
Format
All main draw matches will be 2 out of 3 sets with regular scoring. All back draw matches will be played with a 10-point match tie breaker in lieu of the third set.
Prize Money
$15,000 split between Men & Women
Additional Details
Guartanteed 3 matches, sponsor donated favor, continental breakfast/hut snacks and lunch on Friday, along with late afternoon cocktail party at Nassau Country Club. All are also welcome to attend the Saturday late afternoon Men's Tour watch party at Huntington Country Club, with food beginning at 3:00pm. No jeans, please.
