- First come, first serve with a waitlist at 16 teams.
- Additional Details
- Entry fee includes Friday evening players pizza/meatball sandwich party for 110's. Players lunch on Saturday, and Dinner Party Saturday Evening at 6:30pm.

- Format
- Main Draw matches will be 2 out of 3 sets with regular scoring. All Back Draw matches will be played with a 10-point match tie breaker in lieu of the third set.

- All players must be APTA members, and membership must be purchased before entry.
