- All teams will register on the waitlist. The top 24 teams based on their combined individual ranking points will be notified and moved into the tournament on Dec. 22.
- Format
- No Ad scoring for all draws, receivers choice. 2 out of 3 sets Main draw. Super breaker in lieu of 3rd set in Back draws.
- APTA Membership
- All players must be APTA members, and membership must be purchased before entry.
- Rules
