Entry Qualifications
Entry based on combined individual NRT points as of the Monday prior to the tournament.
Entry Selection
All teams for Tour and Challenger Draws will be registered/waitlisted in one pool of teams. All teams who do not qualify for Tour Draw based on combined NRT points will remain on the waitlist and then placed in the Challenger Draws based on combined NRT points. When the number of teams on the waitlist exceeds the number of available spots and there is a tie in ranking (either matching NRT points or no NRT points) for the last available spot or spots, the team(s) with the lowest combined PTI will be moved into the tournament. All teams will be notified of entry status on Monday, January 12th. Seeding for the Tour draw will be by NRT points, seeding for the Challenger draws will be by PTI. Wild Cards
National Ranking Tournaments (NRT) and PTI level Tournaments with a “waitlist only” entry selection are subject to wild card spots, with a wild card available for every 16 teams allowed in a draw. A wild card team must be registered for the tournament by the registration deadline and must be approved by the National Tournament Committee. If no wild card spots are used, the draw will be filled out by the next eligible team/s.
Event Details
NOTE: PLAY BEGINS ON FRIDAY FOR THIS TOURNAMENT
Entry fee includes: guaranteed 3 matches, favor, Friday lunch, water/Gatorade at courts, Sat afternoon food/drink at fan party. There is a $40 favor discount for players who elect not to receive a favor. If choosing No Favor, you must also choose the discount at checkout.
Favor
Favors will be available at the tournament for teams that register BY JANUARY 1, 2025. For later registrations, Favors will be available after the tournament.
Format
All main draw matches will be 2 out of 3 sets with regular scoring. All back draw matches will be played with a 10-point match tie breaker in lieu of the third set.
