- Entry Qualifications
- Entry based on combined individual NRT points as of the Monday prior to the tournament.
- Entry Selection
- All teams for Tour and Challenger Draws will be registered/waitlisted in one pool of teams. The draw size for the Tour is 32 and the draw size of the Challenger will be an additional 32 teams. All teams who do not qualify for Tour Draw based on combined NRT points will remain on the waitlist and then placed in the Challenger Draw based on combined NRT points. When the number of teams on the waitlist exceeds the number of available spots and there is a tie in ranking (either matching NRT points or no NRT points) for the last available spot or spots, the team(s) with the lowest combined PTI will be moved into the tournament. All teams will be notified of entry status on Monday, January 13th. Seeding for the Tour draw will be by NRT points, seeding for the Challenger draw will be by PTI.
- Wild Cards
- National Ranking Tournaments (NRT) and PTI level Tournaments with a “waitlist only” entry selection are subject to wild card spots, with a wild card available for every 16 teams allowed in a draw. A wild card team must be registered for the tournament by the registration deadline and must be approved by the National Tournament Committee. If no wild card spots are used, the draw will be filled out by the next eligible team/s.

- $30,000 split between Men & Women
- Event Details
- Entry fee includes: guaranteed 3 matches, favor, Saturday lunch, water/Gatorade at courts, Sat afternoon food/drink at fan party. There is a $40 favor discount for players who elect not to receive a favor. If choosing No Favor, you must also choose the discount at checkout.

- Favors will be available at the tournament for teams that register BY JANUARY 1, 2025. For later registrations, Favors will be available after the tournament.
- Format
- All main draw matches will be 2 out of 3 sets with regular scoring. All back draw matches will be played with a 10-point match tie breaker in lieu of the third set.
