- All teams will register on the waitlist. The top 16 teams based on their combined PTI will be notified and moved into the tournament on Feb. 13.

- Must register by February 12 to receive a favor.
- Format
- Main Draw - Second deuce, no ad scoring (SERVERS choice). Final 2 out of 3 sets, regular scoring. Back Draws - 3rd set 10 point match tiebreaker.
- APTA Membership
- All players must be APTA members, and membership must be purchased before entry.
