- NOTE: Teams with a minimum of 6 players who have active and accurate PTIs.
- Entry Selection
- All teams will register on the waitlist. Once eligibility is confirmed, teams will be notified and moved into the tournament.
- Eligibility Requirements
- In order to be eligible to participate in Team Nationals, a player must have an active and accurate PTI. In order to be considered active, a player must have at least 8 recorded matches since April 1 of the previous year. NO exceptions will be made for players without 8 matches. In order to be considered accurate, a player must have sufficient match history such that their PTI’s are adjusting consistent with that of established players.
- Format
- Six players play in 3 lines. Line 1 must have a lower combined PTI than line 2 and line 2 must have a lower combined PTI than line 3. Day 1 – Round Robin - number of matches depends on division. Day 2 – Semi-finals/Finals – All teams will have at least one match on Sunday. Winning teams advance to finals and compete for the championship in their division.

- Refund Policy
- There will be NO refunds for a Team or Individual player who withdraws within 2 weeks of the tournament unless there is a Team or Player who can take their place.
- APTA Membership
- All players must be APTA members, and membership must be purchased before entry.
