Entry Qualifications
To be eligible, both players must have a PTI of 40 or higher and the combined PTI must be less than 100. Once eligibility is confirmed, teams will be notified and moved off the waitlist.
Entry Selection
All teams will register on the waitlist.
Eligibility Requirements
In order to be eligible to participate in Team or PTI Nationals, a player must have an active and accurate PTI. In order to be considered active, a player must have at least 8 recorded matches within the past twelve months. NO exceptions will be made for players without 8 matches within the past twelve months. In order to be considered accurate, a player must have sufficient enough match history such that their PTI’s are adjusting consistent with that of established players.
Additional Details
Entry fee includes, lunch and drinks at the main host site (Ruth Lake), and an APTA ball cap for each participant.
Morning matches will also be played at Edgewood Valley Country Club, Hinsdale Paddle Club, and Salt Creek Club.
Wild Cards
All National Ranking Tournaments (NRT) and PTI level Tournaments are subject to wild card spots, with a wild card available for every 16 teams allowed in a draw. A wild card team must be registered for the tournament by the registration deadline and must be approved by the National Tournament Committee. Wild card requests may come from tournament directors, the APTA, or players themselves, and should be requested prior to the close of registration. If no wild card spots are used, the draw will be filled out by the next eligible team/s.

Format
For 1-day tournaments (with a draw size greater than 8 teams):
1. no-ad / double deuce scoring; (deciding point on second deuce, servers’ choice)
2. third set 10 point match tiebreaker for all matches except finals
3. 2 out of 3 sets regular scoring for the finals.

For 2-day tournaments: 2 out of 3 sets regular scoring for all matches.
APTA Membership
All players must be APTA members, and membership must be purchased before entry.
