Entry Qualifications
Selection is based on the combined PTI of both players. Teams will be notified and moved into the tournament on Dec. 23.
Entry Selection
All teams will register on the waitlist.
Wild Cards
National Ranking Tournaments (NRT) and PTI level Tournaments with a “waitlist only” entry selection are subject to wild card spots, with a wild card available for every 16 teams allowed in a draw. A wild card team must be registered for the tournament by the registration deadline and must be approved by the National Tournament Committee. If no wild card spots are used, the draw will be filled out by the next eligible team/s.
Format
Main Draw - 2 out of 3 sets, regular scoring. Back Draws - 3rd set 10 point match tiebreaker.
Event Details
Entry fee includes play, balls, lunch, snacks, wine & beer.
Holiday attire is heavily encouraged! Main site is Michigan Shores Club, where lunch will be provided, along with beer & wine for the semis & finals. Snacks will be provided at each site. In the spirit of being green, please bring your own water bottle!
Charity
All proceeds will go to Focus Foundation, which provides funding for Veterans, First Responders, and their spouses seeking alternative methods of healing.
APTA Membership
All players must be APTA members, and membership must be purchased before entry.
