- To be eligible, both players must be AGE 60 or older.
- Entry Selection
- First come, first serve with a waitlist at 12 teams.

All main draw matches will be 2 out of 3 sets with a 12 point tiebreaker.
All back draw matches will be played with a 10 point match tiebreaker in lieu of the third set. - APTA Membership
- All players must be APTA members, and membership must be purchased before entry.
