Entry Qualifications: All teams will register on the waitlist. The top 32 teams based on their combined individual ranking points will be notified and moved into the tournament on Oct. 9. All other teams will remain on the waitlist and be admitted on a space available basis.
Eligibility: Selection based on NRT Points (all teams register on the waitlist and eligibility is based on NRT points)

Host Club: The Town Club
Format: Best of three sets. Regular scoring.
APTA Membership: All players must be APTA members, and membership must be purchased before entry.
Rules: Official APTA rules will govern play.
