- Entry Qualifications
- All players should renew their APTA membership through their League website before registering for this tournament. To be eligible, players should have a combined PTI between 80-95 or a playing spot is not guaranteed.
- Entry Selection
- All teams will register on the waitlist until eligibility is confirmed, then teams will be moved into the tournament on a first come, first served basis. The anticipated draw size is 8 teams.
- Wild Cards
- All National Ranking Tournaments (NRT) and PTI level Tournaments are subject to wild card spots, with a wild card available for every 16 teams allowed in a draw. A wild card team must be registered for the tournament by the registration deadline and must be approved by the National Tournament Committee. Wild card requests may come from tournament directors, the APTA, or players themselves, and should be requested prior to the close of registration. If no wild card spots are used, the draw will be filled out by the next eligible team/s.

- Favor is a unisex hoodie.
- Format
- All main and back draw matches will be 2 out of 3 sets with regular scoring, using a 10-point match tie breaker in lieu of the third set.

- All refunds will be processed following the event.

- Entry fee includes 3 matches guaranteed, favor, lunch on Friday, snacks & beverages.

- All players must be APTA members, and membership must be purchased before entry.
