- Entry Qualifications
- To be eligible, both players must have a PTI of 45 or higher.
- Entry Selection
- First come, First served with a waitlist at 24 teams.
- Wild Cards
- All National Ranking Tournaments (NRT) and PTI level Tournaments are subject to wild card spots, with a wild card available for every 16 teams allowed in a draw. A wild card team must be registered for the tournament by the registration deadline and must be approved by the National Tournament Committee. Wild card requests may come from tournament directors, the APTA, or players themselves, and should be requested prior to the close of registration. If no wild card spots are used, the draw will be filled out by the next eligible team/s.
- Favor
- Select a size when registering. One favor per player. If you're playing both Saturday and Sunday, choose "No Favor" on the Mixed registration.
- Format
- Main Draw matches will be 2 out of 3 sets with regular scoring. All Back Draw matches will be played with a 10-point match tie breaker in lieu of the third set.

- Refund Policy
- There will be a $10 non-refundable fee for any team that withdraws prior to the close of registration. Once registration closes, there will be NO REFUNDS unless a replacement team is available to fill the playing spot. A FULL refund will be provided to those teams who do not make it off the waitlist into the tournament. All refunds will be processed at the conclusion of the tournament.

- Entry fee includes lunch at Shadow Lake Restaurant, Food Truck Dinner Meal, Keg Beer and 3 matches.
- Favor Discount
- There is a $25 discount for a player who opts out of receiving a favor.
- APTA Membership
- All players must be APTA members, and membership must be purchased prior to entry.
