- First come, first served with a waitlist at 24 teams.
- Favor
- Select a size when registering. One favor per player. If you're playing both Saturday and Sunday, choose "No Favor" on the Mixed registration.
- Format
- Main Draw matches will be 2 out of 3 sets with regular scoring. All Back Draw matches will be played with a 10-point match tie breaker in lieu of the third set. The results of this tournament WILL NOT count towards a players PTI.

- Refund Policy
- There will be a $10 non-refundable fee for any team that withdraws prior to the close of registration. Once registration closes, there will be NO REFUNDS unless a replacement team is available to fill the playing spot. A FULL refund will be provided to those teams who do not make it off the waitlist into the tournament. All refunds will be processed at the conclusion of the tournament.

- Favor Discount
- There is a $25 favor OR multi-tournament discount for a player who opts out of receiving a favor OR who is also playing in the Open or Women's PTI. Only one discount per player.
- APTA Membership
- All players must be APTA members, and membership must be purchased prior to entry.
