- Entry Qualifications
- Entry based on combined individual NRT points as of the Monday prior to the tournament. ALL MEN'S TEAMS REGISTER FROM THE MEN'S TOUR PAGE.
- Entry Selection
- All teams for Tour and Challenger draws will be registered/waitlisted in one pool of teams. The anticipated draw size for the Tour is 24 and the anticipated draw size of the Challenger will be an additional 24 teams. All teams who do not qualify for Tour draw based on combined NRT points will remain on the waitlist and then placed in the Challenger draw based on combined NRT points. When the number of teams on the waitlist exceeds the number of available spots and there is a tie in ranking (either matching NRT points or no NRT points) for the last available spot or spots, the team(s) with the lowest combined PTI will be moved into the tournament. All teams will be notified of entry status on Monday, September 28th. Seeding for the Tour draw will be by NRT points, seeding for the Challenger draw will be by PTI.
- Wild Cards
- All National Ranking Tournaments (NRT) and PTI level Tournaments are subject to wild card spots, with a wild card available for every 16 teams allowed in a draw. A wild card team must be registered for the tournament by the registration deadline and must be approved by the National Tournament Committee. Wild card requests may come from tournament directors, the APTA, or players themselves, and should be requested prior to the close of registration. If no wild card spots are used, the draw will be filled out by the next eligible team/s.
- Format
- All main draw matches will be 2 out of 3 sets with no ad scoring (server's choice). All back draw matches will be no ad scoring (server's choice), played with a 10-point match tie breaker in lieu of the third set.
- Refund Policy
- There will be a $10 non-refundable fee for any team that withdraws prior to the close of registration. Once registration closes, there will be NO REFUNDS unless there is a replacement team available to fill the playing spot. A FULL refund will be provided to those teams who do not make it off the waitlist into the tournament. All refunds will be processed at the conclusion of the tournament.
- Tournament Details
- Entry fee includes 3 matches guaranteed, favor, lunch on Saturday, snacks & beverages. Complimentary Saturday evening food trucks, beer, wine & hard seltzers for players. A $22 discount is available for players choosing the "No Favor" option at checkout.
- APTA Membership
- All players must be APTA members, and membership must be purchased before entry.
