- Entry Qualifications
- All players should renew their APTA membership through their League website before registering for this tournament. Entry based on combined individual NRT points as of the Monday prior to the tournament.
- Entry Selection
- The Men's Tour will be a one day event, played on Saturday. The anticipated draw size is 24 teams, increasing to 28 teams in a group of 4. All teams will be placed on a waitlist, then moved into the tournament based on combined individual NRT points. All teams will be notified of entry status on Monday, October 19th. Seeding for the Tour draw will be by NRT points.
- Wild Cards
- All National Ranking Tournaments (NRT) and PTI level Tournaments are subject to wild card spots, with a wild card available for every 16 teams allowed in a draw. A wild card team must be registered for the tournament by the registration deadline and must be approved by the National Tournament Committee. Wild card requests may come from tournament directors, the APTA, or players themselves, and should be requested prior to the close of registration. If no wild card spots are used, the draw will be filled out by the next eligible team/s.
- Format
- All main draw matches will be 2 out of 3 sets with no ad scoring (server's choice). All back draw matches will be no ad scoring (server's choice), played with a 10-point match tie breaker in lieu of the third set.
- Refund Policy
- There will be a $10 non-refundable fee for any team that withdraws prior to the close of registration. Once registration closes, there will be NO REFUNDS unless there is a replacement team available to fill the playing spot. A FULL refund will be provided to those teams who do not make it off the waitlist into the tournament. All refunds will be processed at the conclusion of the tournament.
- Tournament Details
- Entry fee includes guaranteed 3 matches, sponsor give-away baseball cap, Jimmy John's lunch on Saturday and cookout Saturday evening with beer, wine & seltzers.
- APTA Membership
- All players must be APTA members, and membership must be purchased before entry.
