- Entry Selection
- All teams will register on the waitlist. Selection is based on the combined PTI of both players. Final draw size will be determined based on the number of sign-ups. Eligible teams will be notified and moved into the tournament on Aug. 24.
- Wild Cards
- All National Ranking Tournaments (NRT) and PTI level Tournaments are subject to wild card spots, with a wild card available for every 16 teams allowed in a draw. A wild card team must be registered for the tournament by the registration deadline and must be approved by the National Tournament Committee. Wild card requests may come from tournament directors, the APTA, or players themselves, and should be requested prior to the close of registration. If no wild card spots are used, the draw will be filled out by the next eligible team/s.

- Format
- Main Draw matches will be 2 out of 3 sets with regular scoring. All Back Draw matches will be played with a 10-point match tie breaker in lieu of the third set.

- Refund Policy
- In the event of a withdraw prior to the close of registration, the team will receive a partial refund of $175 unless there is a team to take their place. Once registration closes, there will be NO REFUNDS unless there is a team to take their place. A FULL refund will be provided to those teams who do not make it into the tournament. All refunds will be processed at the conclusion of the tournament.
- Tournament Details
- Entry fee includes play, favors, prizes, balls, lunch, wine & beer. Wine & beer will be provided for the semis & finals. In the spirit of being green, please bring your own water bottle!
- APTA Membership
- All players must be APTA members, and membership must be purchased before entry.
