Entry Qualifications: Selection is based on the combined PTI of both players. Eligible teams will be notified and moved into the tournament on Jan. 4.
Entry Selection: All teams will register on the waitlist.
Wild Cards: National Ranking Tournaments (NRT) and PTI level Tournaments with a “waitlist only” entry selection are subject to wild card spots, with a wild card available for every 16 teams allowed in a draw. A wild card team must be registered for the tournament by the registration deadline and must be approved by the National Tournament Committee. If no wild card spots are used, the draw will be filled out by the next eligible team/s.
Format: All matches (except finals) will be best 2 out of 3 sets, NO AD scoring (server's choice). 10-point match tie breaker in lieu of third set.
Finals: Best 2 out of 3 sets, NO AD scoring (server's choice).
Prize Money: $5,000 prize money distributed to 1st, 2nd and 3rd place teams.

APTA Membership: All players must be APTA members, and membership must be purchased before entry.
Rules: Official APTA rules will govern play.
Event Details: Entry fee includes Breakfast, Lunch and Appetizers during semi-finals and finals.
