- Entry Qualifications
- All players must renew their APTA membership through their League site BEFORE registering for this tournament.
- Entry Selection
- First come, First serve with a waitlist.
- Wild Cards
- All National Ranking Tournaments (NRT) and PTI level Tournaments are subject to wild card spots, with a wild card available for every 16 teams allowed in a draw. A wild card team must be registered for the tournament by the registration deadline and must be approved by the National Tournament Committee. Wild card requests may come from tournament directors, the APTA, or players themselves, and should be requested prior to the close of registration. If no wild card spots are used, the draw will be filled out by the next eligible team/s.
- Format
- Main Draw - 2 out of 3 sets, regular scoring. Back Draws - 10 point match tiebreaker in lieu of 3rd set.

- Entry fee includes Tournament, Lunch, Favor and Drinks.

- All players must be APTA members, and membership must be purchased before entry.
- Rules
- Official APTA rules will govern play.
- Additional Details
- WHCC has 4 courts, locker rooms with showers available. Brookside GCC is second site.
