- All refunds will be processed following the event.
- Entry Selection
- First come, first served with a waitlist at 48 teams. The top 16 teams based on their combined PTI will play in the Championship Draw. All other teams will be flighted in groups of 8 based on their combined PTI.
- Wild Cards
- All National Ranking Tournaments (NRT) and PTI level Tournaments are subject to wild card spots, with a wild card available for every 16 teams allowed in a draw. A wild card team must be registered for the tournament by the registration deadline and must be approved by the National Tournament Committee. Wild card requests may come from tournament directors, the APTA, or players themselves, and should be requested prior to the close of registration. If no wild card spots are used, the draw will be filled out by the next eligible team/s.
- Format
- All main draw and back draw matches will be regular scoring with a 10-point match tie breaker in lieu of the third set.
- APTA Membership
- All players must be APTA members, and membership must be purchased before entry.
- Rules
- Official APTA rules will govern play.
