All players are invited to the welcome reception and dinner Friday evening at ITC beginning at 4:30 p.m. ending at 7 p.m. Food, drinks and music provided.
There will be a $10 non-refundable fee for any team that withdraws prior to the close of registration. Once registration closes, there will be NO REFUNDS unless a replacement team is available to fill the playing spot. A FULL refund will be provided to those teams who do not make it off the waitlist into the tournament. All refunds will be processed at the conclusion of the tournament.
To be eligible, the age of each player must be 50 or higher as of December 31st, 2026.
Entry Selection
The anticipated draw size is 16 teams, with a minimum of 8 teams required. All teams will be placed on a waitlist, then moved into the draw based on combined PTI. All teams will be notified of entry status on Monday, October 19th. Seeding will be by PTI.
Wild Cards
All National Ranking Tournaments (NRT) and PTI level Tournaments are subject to wild card spots, with a wild card available for every 16 teams allowed in a draw. A wild card team must be registered for the tournament by the registration deadline and must be approved by the National Tournament Committee. Wild card requests may come from tournament directors, the APTA, or players themselves, and should be requested prior to the close of registration. If no wild card spots are used, the draw will be filled out by the next eligible team/s.

Main Draw - 2 out of 3 sets, regular scoring. Back Draws - 3rd set 10 point match tiebreaker.
